Hi, I’m Laura — and I run this blog with a little help from my favorite sous-chef: my husband, Matt.

We’re not chefs, just two people who fell in love over late-night stir-fries and slowly realized that cooking healthy meals together became more than a habit — it became our way of reconnecting. Our way of slowing down, laughing over kitchen mishaps, and creating something we could both feel good about.
This blog started when I began my journey with a GLP-1 medication. I was trying to eat in a way that supported the changes I was making — not restrictive, not joyless, just real food that helped me feel like myself again. Matt joined right in, helping me tweak our favorite comfort foods into versions that still hit the spot without knocking me off track.
We started experimenting. Fewer blood sugar spikes. More flavor. Fewer ultra-processed shortcuts. More Saturday mornings side by side, chopping vegetables and bickering over the “right” way to season salmon.

At first, I just scribbled down what we were cooking. But then friends — also on their own GLP-1 journeys — began asking for the recipes. And that’s when I realized this wasn’t just about us anymore.
Mounjaro-Recipe.com is our tiny corner of the internet where we share the meals that actually work for us — the ones that feel light, filling, balanced, and honestly… comforting. You’ll find things we make on busy weeknights, cozy Sunday meals, snacks that stop the mindless grazing, and recipes that bring a little joy back to the table.
We believe healthy eating doesn’t need to be complicated, and it definitely shouldn’t be boring. If anything, this chapter of life has made us more intentional, more creative, and more grateful for the tiny rituals of cooking and sharing meals together.
If you’re on your own GLP-1 path — whether it’s Mounjaro, Wegovy, or something else — we’re glad you’re here. You’re not doing this alone.
Come pull up a seat. Let’s cook something good.
